Eva & Tony: Aisle Bound!

Eva Longoria won't be a desperate housewife much longer! San Antonio Spurs star, Tony Parker, proposed to Longoria Wednesday night, PEOPLE reports. "Eva and Tony are officially engaged," Longoria's rep, Liza Anderson, tells PEOPLE exclusively. "The couple have never been happier." Parker flew to LA after his team's game to surprise Longoria at her house. With a proposal that her rep calls "romantic and perfect," it must have been a pretty magical night. In a one-on-one interview with the magazine, Parker says, "I'm so happy. I've wanted to do this for some time." The couple plans to wed in France next summer, where Parker was born.  "Eva really wanted to get married in France," says Parker. "It's a beautiful country, a country of love and a place that is very special for us. It was important to her that we get married there."

Reese & Ryan Call It Quits

NO!!! It looks like it's the end of Camelot...my favorite couple, Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, are separating after 7 years of marriage, PEOPLE reports. "We are saddened to announce that Reese and Ryan have decided to formally separate," a rep for the couple said in a statement released Monday. "They remain committed to their family and we ask that you please respect their privacy and the safety of their children at this time." How can this be??? They were THE Hollywood couple - I thought they'd be together forever. They even had the cute story. They met at Reese's 21st birthday party, and to hear Ryan tell it, you'd think it was destiny. I feel especially sorry for their children, Ava, 7, and Deacon, 3. If those two can't make it, all of Hollywood couples are doomed.

 

It's Twins For Melissa & Tammy

I love when celebs welcome new little bundles of joy! Melissa Etheridge and wife Tammy welcomed twins Tuesday, US Weekly reports. Both Tammy and the twins "are in excellent health, writes Melissa on her Web site. "The creation of life brings about immeasurable love, and pours hope into the future… The joy will help carry us through our upcoming sleepless nights, she writes. And what a bunch of sleepless nights they'll have with twins. I'm happy for the couple, though!! Maybe Melissa can sing them some lullabies during those sleepless nights...

Keith Urban Checks Into Rehab

Country crooner Keith Urban checked himself into rehab last night, PEOPLE reports. The singer released a statement, saying: "I deeply regret the hurt this has caused Nicole and the ones that love and support me. One can never let one's guard down on recovery and I'm afraid that I have. With the strength and unwavering support I am blessed to have from my wife, family and friends, I am determined and resolved to a positive outcome." Although details were not released about what kind of addiction he's receiving treatment for, this is a celebrity I actually feel sorry for...just starting a new life with wife Nicole Kidman and those smoldering good looks. Here's to a safe recovery, Keith!

Tori Spelling Is Pregnant!

Tori Spelling and her actor husband, Dean McDermott, are expecting their first child together, PEOPLE reports. Spelling, who is 14 weeks along, and McDermott couldn't be more excited. "They're so happy," says a friend of the couple. The couple honeymooned in Fiji following their May nuptials. "We're going to make a baby," McDermott said. "We want to have nine kids!" Alright, I'm a math whiz, so let me do a few calculations. A pregnancy is 9 months. They supposedly did the deed in May. She's nearly 4 months along, so she must be due in March sometime. And from May to March is practically 9 months. Yep, Dean, looks like you accomplished your goal! Nice work.

Ashlee's A Broadway Star!

I just had to do a double-take when I came across PEOPLE.com's coverage of a certain starlet this morning. At first, I couldn't recognize the poor girl, what with the '80s leggings and flashy heels. Ashlee Simpson seemed like a different girl altogether, but fear not. It must have been her costume for her new gig as Roxie Hart in London's West End production of Chicago. "This is definitely an honor for me. It's my dream!" Ashlee said after her opening night last night. Judging by the bouquet of flowers and that giant grin on your face, I'd say you had a brilliant, jolly time. And didn't it just feel so good to have your family right there, cheering you on? Big sis Jessica sat front and center, and said of her little sister's performance, "Perfect. What could be better than that?" I'm not sure, Jess, but I'll let you know.
