Despite recently admitting that she once faked an eating disorder to hide her drug addiction, Fergie does eat. Seen here in Greenwhich Village with a kind, robust looking man, the Fergster, who's solo album comes out this month, is looking pretty trendy, but less than Supermodely. Holy Hell Hayley Rey, eat a cupcake!

If you're like me, you've dedicated a few precious moments of your life wondering how Hayley Rey, the wife of E! star Dr. Rey, of Dr. 90210, hasn't died of a heart attack. This past season she stepped on the scale and weighed just a little above 80 lbs. My research as lead me to this gem. Note to Hayley's husband and friends: get her help. She's crying out for it.

I actually do not exercise very much at all. However, I eat often throughout the day and only very small portions. I never, ever finish my plate and always let myself be a little bit hungry. I actually hate the feeling of being full! The trick that works for me is not really watching what I eat but the actual portion of it. If I eat dessert, I usually just eat a couple of bites. I like a lot of variety, so I'll have a small salad, a few bites of the main meal (usually meat and vegetables or pasta) and a few bites of dessert, and that's all. Then a couple of hours later I'll have a yogurt or a piece of cheese. Eating tiny portions all day has always been the way I eat and it seems to work!

Is Kate Beckinsale a work-out-a-holic?

In June Kate Beckinsale admitted she suffered from anorexia as a teenager and actually went so far as to drop below 70 pounds. Since her announcement, there has been a tremendous backlash from evening magazine shows, blogs and magazines and Kate has said she wished she would have kept the story to herself. Now she’s pictured nearly every day working her little butt off. Is she trying to prove she doesn’t have an eating disorder and that she eats…and therefore works out…or is she trying to send use the message that she’s addicted to the gym? Source

Lionel Richie is a mess over Nicole

Britian’s Life Style Extra reports that Lionel Richie has become a “basket case” over his adopted daughter Nicole’s weight loss.

On Monday the singer, who is hoping for a comeback, told Access Hollywood: "I'll be honest with you, it hurts me more than it hurts her. I'm more sensitive. I take it more personally. I must tell you, I'm the basket case."
He added that he’s spoken with Nicole, who is rumored to be somewhere between 80 and 98 pounds and recently admitted she is likely too thin, about her health.

Nicole, please find some sort of soy protein shake you can tolerate and gain 10 pounds. And Lionel, stop pretending you can actually feel Nicole’s pain and do something to help her. source

Miss Universe can't hold up the crown

Less than an hour after being crowned Miss Universe, Miss Puerto Rico Zuleyka Rivera Mendoza passed out in a press conference and was rushed offstage on Sunday night. According to reports, pageant officials immediately said the lithe 5-foot-9 18-year-old was all right and had fainted. "She's OK. She's fine," pageant representative Lark Anton told Reuters. "She got dizzy. Its very hot up here. Her dress is tight - as you could see it was beaded and heavy. She passed out." In case you’re a skeptic, like me, and immediately thought: no doy, she hasn’t eaten in a month, think again…or at least, the PR department is one step ahead of you. Anton said Mendoza "had plenty to eat today,” when asked about the Mendoza’s condition.

Kate Hudson Doesn't Have An Eating Disorder. . . and she won a lawsuit to prove it.

Actress Kate Hudson accepted libel damages on Thursday from a the UK Enquirer who printed a photo making her look too skinny, alongside an article that said her movie star mother Goldie Hawn wanted her to eat more.

Kate sued the  magazine over the article which appeared last October under the headline "Goldie Tells Kate: Eat Something!"

Her lawyer, Simon Smith, told Britain's High Court the story and pictures implied Hudson had "recklessly and foolishly endangered her health by deliberately starving herself."

One photograph "purported to show Ms Hudson as very frail and gaunt in appearance," he said, although the magazine had on other occasions printed photos taken weeks before and after, describing her as looking "stunning" and "great."

"The allegations are entirely false and were deeply offensive and embarrassing to Ms Hudson," Smith said and continued:  "Ms Hawn has explained to me that she has never had any concerns about her daughter's appearance whatsoever and that she has always appeared to be very healthy and happy."

The magazine agreed to pay an undisclosed sum and print a public apology.

I don't know, Kate is looking pretty skinny these days.  Although I loved how chubby she got when she was pregnant a couple years ago.  You be the judge. 

Fergie faked an eating disorder

At one point Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie was so desperate to hide her drug problem, she blamed her dramatic weight loss on an eating disorder, according to the U.K's Female First Network. Fergie, who's real name isStacy Ferguson, was in the band Wild Orchid before helping revive the BEPs when she became addicted to crystal meth and lied to bandmates when they became concerned about her condition. She's reported as saying, "They staged an intervention, at which point I told them I was bulimic (to cover up for the fact that) I was only 90 pounds.I put up a whole front - I even took them to Overeaters Anonymous with me. I've never been bulimic in my life, but when you're a drug addict, you lie.I don't want to be the poster girl for crystal meth, but it's very addicting, and people don't know just how addicting it is!" Why don't we ever get the good gossip in the U.S.?
